We are excited to announce that starting June 30, as Ontario enters Step 2 of its reopening plan, Bucksburn Veterinary Hospital will again open our doors to clients! We are asking clients to please avoid crowding in the reception area and request no more than 2 persons waiting in the reception area at a time. At this time, we will also continue to perform socially distanced appointments in most cases. This means that face to face discussions between the veterinary team and the pet owner will occur at a 6 foot distance, and examinations on pets will occur separately.
We want to thank our patient and understanding clients as we worked through the challenges of curbside-only service. However, we will continue to offer this method for those who are more comfortable to remain outside.
