Starting December 26, Halton will join all regions of Ontario in a provincial lockdown. During the lockdown, veterinary services are permitted to continue via curbside service.
During this time our doors will be locked and we will be asking pet owners to remain outside of the clinic at all times. Certain exceptions may apply.
Appointment protocol:
When you arrive for your appointment or to drop off your pet, please call us at (905)257-7777. We will review the details of your pets visit on the phone and a staff member will come to your vehicle to bring your pet inside.
You may receive a phone call during the appointment should we need to gather further details from you or recommend diagnostics or treatments.
At the completion of your visit, the veterinarian will call to review the findings and any medical treatments prescribed for your pets. Invoices will be paid via credit card details provided by phone.
